I'm going to add some light bars. I was thinking of adding a spot on the top/center of the bar, and floods on the right/left(also top) of the bar. Any suggestions on where to get hardware to mount them?

Someone suggested drilling, but it seems like that would encourage rust. Could I use some sort of pipe-like mount and buffer it with some rubber to avoid messing up the powder coat?

Any suggestions are welcome. The picture outlines the proposed locations in blue.

I think Rigid Industries sells tube mounts for their lights, what brand will you be getting?

ARB's powder coating is surprisingly tough and thick, I had two tube-mounts for CB & HAM antennas that didn't even scuff the paint, they were on for over three years and not a single spot of rust appeared. However, If where you live you have road salt and such, your results may vary, but if the paint doesn't scratch I dont think you'll see rust anyway.

If you get the tube mounts and dont wanna worry about them damaging the paint, put strips of tire tubes between the tube and the mount, that should help protect the paint

Cheers

I'm leaning toward something like this(for the alien abduction look):
Side wings: 12" Black Box DRX Floods (cheap)
Front Top: 30" ONX Pro Beam (not cheap)

Some possibility this could change, but I think I like this combo. There's also some Black box 5" RX's(round led things) that are very inexpensive for the middle part of the ARB, with standard light mounts.

Just mount a 32" bar between the upright bars. Easy clean and mounting lights up there would not only look horrible but also block your view and be susceptible to damage

Plastic of some sort. No problems in over a year with rough roads and wheeling. I have to get a pic, I don't have one on my phone right now.

I put mine under the ARB top bar. I drilled and tap two wholes...
I doubt rust will be an issue with this bumpers.....

Ending up doing something a little more normal. A flat piece of metal over the ARB mounts drilled to accept the (much) wider ~30" lightbar.

More than enough light. Maybe some more out to the distant sides(say... 180 degrees rather than 120-140)..But really no need. it's almost too bright in the center area. Thankfully it has a 50% dim function I can use when required.
