Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Paid $21,500 for this clean 266k at the time 2011. We’re very happy.

Replace the radiator with oem and just did basic upkeep. We are about to his 290,000 since we bought it in August.

I’m so happy we didn’t get a 100. I specifically wanted an early truck with halogens and no side moldings. I wish I got grey like @ryanCA but it’s ok.

I hate my grey. True poverty spec no tint truck like mine should be UN white

I got the contract to buy the car for $15500 + 500 in fees. They said take it leave it price.

Today they dropped price another $500.

Like wtf, just be honest. About to walk at this point. This has happened 2 times on this purchase.

It pisses me off to no end when dealers play games. I've looked at a car on a Saturday then called Monday morning and made an offer. They said they'd take the offer so I driver there and they add $1,500 to my offer. So I get pissed and leave. Within 15 mins I get a call from the dealer saying they'll take my offer. I tell them my offer has now gone down $500 based on them wasting my time this morning. We agree on my original offer minus $250 but I was so upset with the process I still almost walked. My wife talked me off the roof and the truck ended up being one of the best vehicles I owned. So I totally understand your frustration! Good luck.

My brother said dealerships don’t work on honesty

"I tell them my offer has now gone down $500 based on them wasting my time this morning" way to go.. I do it too!

Saw a 200, 2011 with 204K miles for 20K. Seems it has service history and white exterior. Will check with the seller and see how the underside is.

You did it right by backing off from the offer when they wasted your time. Get it in writing before you go next time.

A friend of mine is always unbelieving that there isn't more violent crime at dealerships.
I've had family and friends in the business and some of the stories they have shared with me about the deals they close makes me sick to my stomach. I'm in a sales role myself (not cars) and I couldn't sleep at night knowing I just bent one of my customers over a barrel.

I do have to say, LX are looking to be a way better deal than LC. 2013 Comps show a $13K difference between the two.
As an owner of a 2013 LC, I'd definitely buy a 570 next time. Better creature comforts, quieter, ability to kneel to get into short garages. Plus you can fit larger rubber without the KDSS bracket to rub against. And the 200 AHC is a great system compared to the 470. You'll save $2,500 in suspension build cost and can put that toward other goodies.

The reduced acquisition cost is a bonus, though that most likely will be negated when you sell some day.

Accident with frame damage, many rust belt owners, inconsistent maintenance history - the Triple Crown
Time to offer $5K and part out when it becomes undriveable (if it isn't already)

Looking for a bit of feedback on pricing for a 2015 I’m looking at.
2015 LX with just under 110k miles. Overall condition is 9 out of 10. One owner, meticulously maintained by the original selling dealer. Southern car so zero rust. Two bumper replacements by the selling dealer due to scratches that wouldn’t buff out. CARFAX shows a clean history.

Sale price is $36,500 plus local taxes and registration.
It’s a bit more than I was hoping to spend so I’m wondering if it’s worth upping the budget for this one.

Thanks

There is one in Dallas (Addison) same story, 107k miles. It has a little wear and tear, chrome is coming off on the sides and a nick in the door leather/trim but otherwise spotless. AHC working and I almost pulled the trigger but I only wanted to spend about 35 all in for a LX model vs the LC. Plus they would allow me to do a pre but inspection without giving them a deposit first.

Sounds fair to me for what it's worth. Maybe priced a tad high on paper but impeccable condition and history is worth a lot. I'm willing to fudge $1-2k for something that hits all the right boxes which sounds like this does.

Just sold my 2015 LC with approximately 68k for 51.5k. Silver/black, perfect condition, included the balance of the Toyota Platinum warranty I purchased myself. Turck had no rust...it was a southern truck that I never drove in snow/ice), all maintenance records. Now it is time to figure out what is next...a new(er) LC, or something else...

I drove a gray 2017 today being sold by Beaverton Audi west of Portland OR. I'm hoping to save someone a little time by posting my report here. It seems to run and drive just fine but it's been used pretty hard by a family. Theres 30K or so missing from the service history and it shows. The steering wheel has the typical leather peeling. There are several dents in the roof. The front passenger door window has been replaced with cheap glass. Both rear seat screens are cracked and the remote is missing. the flip cover for the center console USB is broken off. The carfax shows damage and i could see poor paint work in the drivers rear door jamb with sanding marks seen through the poorly blended paint. There is a small ding in the windshied. It feels like the shocks could stand to be replaced. Other than that, she's cherry. It appears to be rust free so if none of these things are a bother have at it. Asking 50,990 with 115K I have photos of the damage on my phone. DM me if you want to see them.
