Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

Thoughts on this one? Looks like a Texas vehicle most of its life, no accidents reported. There is very little maintenance reported from 2015 until 2021 between Lexus owners and carfax though.
You just have to assume it was not done. There are a lot of lazy people out there. You could probably drive one of these for 100k miles without an oil change.

I’ve negotiated verbal terms of $23,988 out the door (including local CA 10% sales tax - so like $2400 off) and cost on any parts needed (new carpet perhaps).

So it’s just a hair over $21k actually - and I’m kind of compelled.

Please someone call in and make the same terms and take it.
what’s the plan with the seats this time around? I recall you sold your last 200 because you couldn’t fit or find comfort.

also, looks like you’re making the change from LX to LC?

It'd be the same approach. Working with the guy I sold the wiring and bracket to in order to get it back (hadn't been put to use yet).

My wife thinks I'm crazy and I don't disagree. I am still not sold on the "deal" though. I'd like something with fewer miles, but there is hardly anything worth buying south of $45,000 right now it seems.

Truth be told, I should have never sold the poverty pack 100. The LX570 was pretty much perfect if not for the headroom issue but I just couldn't, at the time, come to terms with the tradeoffs of the seat replacement.

Now confronted with the continued prospect of not having a Toyota with a transfer case, and that my best option is a 05-06 Tundra, I'm regretfully reconsidering. Am I safer in a 200 without a side airbag and a scheelman seat vs a 05-06 Tundra? That's ultimately the trade-off I need resolved.

Lol yes it’s an ih8mud member, and it’s immaculate and it’s worth it. It’s @HBAla LX570

firepuglife thanks man - i think so too! let me know if you guys have any questions.

zackro nice find on your part, she's a beaut!

This is a good sign…

2011, 172k miles, 1-owner, good maintenance story, clean carfax for $23k.

It is missing a lot of details on this one including no interior pictures is kind of sus. But I am actually interested in this one so may call tomorrow. Any flood risk on this one?

Tangent alert: I'd say you should consider a late model second gen Sequoia, especially Limited trim and better!
You will get a better transfer case and the same engine and transmission and a Tom more room!

Has anyone checked this one out? Looks to be wrapped but otherwise solid build!
If you like this one go buy HBAla LX570 one posted in the member classified, his is cheaper and better service records. Plus you can use the cost saving differences for mods!

Now listed at $25.9 no not the same deal it was. Must have had a lot of interest. Haven’t called to inquire yet.

Nice! You got anything for 2013-2015s with <60k miles? I’m seeing it around $55k as a fair deal from dealers.

For Used Land Cruiser with 150k miles in fair/good shape. These are not "list price". These are the numbers I used when looking for LC200 that I would consider paying, less tax, tag, title. This info put together in January 2023.

Passed on the white 2008 at 198k miles. I definitely liked the all leather steering wheel. Official photos have been posted here: Used 2008 Toyota Land Cruiser for sale in Dublin, CA | Your Dublin, Pleasanton, & Livermore Toyota Dealer - https://www.dublintoyota.com/used-Dublin-2008-Toyota-Land+Cruiser-+-JTMHY05J985000266

Looks good in the photos but they aren’t showing much of the wear and staining.

Now eyeing a 2008 with 88k miles for $34k. Single owner, dealer-maintained.

10k for a 100k+ miles?

Worth it whether you plan to drive it alot (less likely to need things) or a little (will always be a premium low mileage truck).
