I recently sold 2004 LX with 176k for 12,500. Truck was 9/10 on condition with full service records. Southern Vehicle no rust.

I picked up an 06 LX with 100k, zero rust (Carolinas mall runner) in December for $22k, needed the TB/WP service... happy with the purchase but the market is all over the place depending on who and where you buy from...

I agree. It seems that all the lower mileage ones (mainly those around or under125k) I looked at no matter how expensive they were sold in a matter of one day. Prices ranged anywhere between 20-30k with the LC demanding several thousand dollars more in many cases.

You are absolutely right. I would not be surprised if this thing brings close to 50k... Im gna say winning bid will be 48k

Considering a 2002 with 54k miles went for $61k, I'd not be surprised if the 2006 with 18k went for $50k - $65k.

The only thing it has working against it is being an LX instead of an LC.

The market is crazy right now.

The market is so crazy even I'm starting to consider the LX. No offense; I just always liked the LC front end and minimal cladding, but my wallet says get over it...

I own two LXs. No offense taken.

The Land Cruisers look better and are iconic. The LX is a sleeper. It's like putting a dainty fur coat on a heavyweight boxer.

I would have previously disagreed, but seeing that 02' bring $60k, I'd say go for it. You have a really nice truck. I'd consider listing my 06' with 147k miles, but it does have a small amount of surface rust. Otherwise, it's extremely clean. I don't know how much the surface rust would factor in. I figure I could sell it for $18-20k on the normal market.

LOL -- talk about incinerating money and being absolutely buried in a car! That's a $30K truck on its best day. If he wrecks/totals that thing he'll be lucky to get $25K for it.

The buyer would've been much better served blowing his $65K load on that 18K mile 2006 LX on Cars and Bids.

157k. (Should have included that in previous post) Also paying more to get it shipped, so probably closer to 20k when all done.

That seems to be in line with the current market. There are good deals out there, but you have to move very quickly.
