Is there a listing anywhere of the model differences/updates from 2016+? Our 100 series is now up to over 360K going strong, but looking to potentially swap out our LR4 for a 2016+ 200 series. I'm only really interested in the LC differences. 2016-2019 is the budget range I had been looking at.
For LC:

2020+: new front differential design…maybe better/stronger differential carrier??

2018+: KDSS bolt change, automatically power-folding outside mirrors, late-2018s have new radiator design, powered lift gate, non-mandatory rear entertainment, newer transmission software (flashable on 2016-2017), and new key (very cool) design.

2016+ LC also gains bigger front brakes, 8-speed auto, semi-aniline leather of the LX, and has better buttons arrangement than prior years.

Thx for the info! Yes, I'm only interested in differences between the LCs in MY 2016-2019.

Is there any difference in the infotainment setup between 2016-2019? I thought I read something about a different entune or something in 2019, but I'm having trouble finding any details about it.

Don’t think so regarding hardware…maybe the software has been updated thru the years. Definitely no CarPlay and Android Auto in any model year.

2019 gained a capacitive touch screen in lieu of the resistive in prior years.

Currently I’m in a 2010 LX, but have a friend buying a new LC and so I am looking at buying his 2017 LC. Can anyone tell me how the ground clearance differs between a stock 2010 LX in high mode and a stock 2017 LC?

Also looks like the LC would have all LED lighting, collision avoidance, adaptive cruise, lane departure warning, blind spot monitor whereas my LX only has the adaptive cruise and collision aviodance.

Any other big differences I should know about? I’m a bit concerned bout giving up AHC as I use the high mode off road and the low mode for my in-laws to be blue to get in and out. Also not a fan of the video screens on the back of the front row seats.

Stock HI mode on LX provides same clearance as stock LC. You are not missing anything...except...AHC is good at these things:

1. towing...auto leveling of the rear.

2. Kneeling for kids and old people to get in.

3. Brake dive is less if you brake hard.

Otherwise, LC KDSS is a better choice in terms of on-road handling, off-road, and maintenance cost (aka none). Oh resale value on LC is much better if you ever sell it.

Thanks for the reply. I see people saying the LX doesn’t handle as well with AHC. I do feel like mine doesn’t track as well as I would like but put that down to the 18” wheels I have on it. Wondering if I would like the LC handling better?

Also does the LC come standard with a trailer brake controller in 2017?

It doesn't have a controller, but it has the wiring from behind the dash to the 7-pin. It’s stupid easy to add a controller and not terribly expensive.

The ground clearence should be determined by the lowest point, and in this case its the rear diff for both rigs. ACH doesn't change it. Approach, breakover, departure angles might be different.

Thanks yeah I realize that, I guess what I meant was night of vehicle for entry/egress for older in-laws. Sounds like it would be same as AHC in high mode according to post by Madtiger.

Since it is easy to install rock sliders on LC, that is the best way to get your old folks in and out.

Wow, that sucks. Do the wireless CarPlay things work in the 570’s, by chance? I have one from quad lock that works well in one of my other vehicles.
There are many options for Wireless CarPlay, but it's not a touch screen, and you're also forced to use the controversial joystick. (For the 16-21 LX 570s)
