Hello.

I have a stock, smogged FJ60 that I need help identifying a possible missing vacuum hose.

The t-connector is on the passenger side of the air cleaner housing connected to a diaphragm, not the air cleaner. Is this supposed to be open to atmosphere or is a hose missing?

the hose is not missing,
the hose right next to it that is connected to the top of the air cleaner housing,
plug it back together.

Yes. I am that person running around the house looking for my keys even though I have them in my hand….

On another note I did notice that the hoses were not connected correctly. Went down the IH8MUD vacuum control valve (VCV) rabbit hole and learned more than I thought possible, including that the Toyota FSM diagram is incorrect……

That's a clean engine !
