Gary, I call it 'terms of engagement.' You are upfront about your terms, so nobody can say they aren't clear. If someone gives you flack, it ain't your fault. There is only a default pecking order if the seller doesn't specify terms. I spaced out on posting instead of sending an e-mail, so I consider myself lucky that it was still available when I finally got around to e-mailing you.
