Is it the box-to-frame bracket or the pump-to-motor bracket?

Agreed upon payment of $80 confirmed via paypal on 10/22. You responded on 11/4 acknowledging receipt and slow response time, and that pedestal would ship in a few days - as soon as you could get to where it was stashed.
Just refund the $80 and include any paypal fees - as you've dropped the ball on this.
If I am missing something - post it up, or respond to e-mail or posts on your user id page.
