FJ40 Spare tire rack and Manafre Shackle reversal kit

Title says it, i have a mustard yellow rear tire carrier for a 79 fj40, the tube style, the studs broke but i welded on new ones. $50 Also have a pretty good condition BOLT on man a fre shackle reversal kit that retails for 235, includes all parts minuse bolts and needs new bushings. $100

Do you have the latch/catch for it that mounts on the rear sill panel for the tire carrier as well ? Also, do you have pic or two you could post or send me. If it's in decent shape and complete with the latchy thing I'll take it.
