Jason, what is "l&m" ? Did you change the meeting location? I couldn't make it anyway, was fighting off monsoon rains and marble size hail.
I was also wondering what I&M was, figured it was language you young kids are using and didn't want to sound more out of touch or ignorant. I spent 3 hours at a city council meeting, 2 hours of it was listening to people debate the meaning of the word "emergency" and if it should be included in legislature, I wish I was kidding.
They settled that if it's not an emergency they have a two year deadline, but if it is an emergency they can only take 6 months. WTF is wrong with the world?
