Packed! Couple random things to pick up in town and ready!

Not sure if G made it to kinkos or where ever, but we should have a print out with the map and gps coords on one side and emergency info and communication stuff on the other side. Hopefully we have them for the drivers meeting and leave some at the O'Brien store for those not joining the main group going in Fri. morning. I'll post details tonight. In the meantime I attached a PDF for your self printing service :p

Nevermind the duplicate info on page2. I'll fix later. (information is correct, just double for some reason)

Got it and printing a few. Thank you work...

Do we need to gather a couple of folks for the non-run people coming in on Saturday? Was there enough people or no?

One day to go!! People better be getting excited!

Daphne is eating tamales for dinner while my lower body is cramping up from walking. Thanks all, it was fun!

I as we'll want to hear the stories

Stories? Pics? Come on man. :flipoff2:

Home safe. Knolly, Sam and were the last to leave camp. Didn't take too many pictures, but I'll upload what I got..... when I find my camera.

Thank for everyone that attended. As always too much fun ;)

Only thing I got pics of was the hike to the mining cabin. Surprising amount of hikers...and this wasn't all of them!

My story: got a phone call at 9am on Friday from gnob needing me to pick up a 3rd member for a 40 that blew the pinion. After meeting him and Gabe at the O'brien store we had a bumpy trip in the fire road and obliterated a rear tire on the Burb right at the saddle. Majority of rigs got in around 3:30ish on Friday. Ed had some fuel problems and a blown tire, Kief helped him out and they limped in. Gabe had some busted knuckle studs which delayed gnob and his gang until 6ish. Gabe's truck got left about a mile up from camp.
Saturday a large group of us went to see the old mining cabin a couple miles up the road. Came back hot and sweaty and everyone jumped in the water for a few hours. Camo J and G's dad cooked a 89 pound pig all day Saturday which turned out great! Fed it to everyone for dinner along with a million other delicious dishes. Raffle went off without a hitch and then we had a small-ish bon fire in the middle of camp. After most people went to bed we headed down to the "adult" campsite where we continued with the evening. There was a toast to Dent at one point and quite a bit of Jaeger consumed. Overall a very mellow group.
Woke up Sunday morning to most of the rigs gone. Headed out on the fire road with Al and were soon was caught by gnob and gang. Everyone made it out ok. Good times had by all!

Thanks for posting pics J. James, Pat and Ross had a lot more time on Ed's rig in episode one, I was ready to give up when Ed gave it a crank and it fired up during episode 2. Thanks to the Jeepers who stopped to lend a hand. I will check in tomorrow and see how the trip home went. I think the return and supply were flipped but I'm still not positive there wasn't a fuel pump problem.
Enjoyed the hike and am ready for more exploring!

Thanks to the cruiser community and karma for getting everbody off the trail and home safe.

Pinion was a result of the left line on the lower "waterfall"
