I wanted to edit the video with NIN in the background, but figured I would get the video removed or sued.

Since they own the box now maybe we can shove a whole variety of different fowl or furry critters in there. Whole ham, couple turkeys, half a dozen chickens, etc. Pig was good though. How did the uneaten meat get transported out?? Or did it? Would have made a lot of spicy carnitas!

My dad handed out most of it to club members on Sunday as they came down and said their goodbyes. We ended up with a chunk and had some carnitas last night! The box is all cleaned up and ready for it's next cookout! It's club owned so whoever needs it post up! Only caveat is make sure it's as clean when you're done as when you started!!!

He said it took a couple of hours and the congealed fat was the worst part. I would assume cleaning right after while still warm would be a much easier task.

Maybe it needs a drain plug installed?:hmm: Drain that thing while it's still warm and bottle it up and sell as "piggy slick" or "oinker oil". Should be what 85-90w?
