Speaking of, uh...do we need a new event calender? Or a more well defined sticky...or somethin' so that we can view events without the added discussion about the events? ...not to cause waves but our original event calender has been overwhelmed and has quite a bit of chit chat...

Do believe we are running the trail on Saturday, some might go down and camp then come back to run it but not sure.
 
I vote for camping. :D

We going to do the whole thing, or just the second half?
 
I need to get ahold of Al to get some paperwork done then the JSC portable headquarters will be ready to rock. It will be there Friday. Would we want to stay in O'Brian or elsewhere?
 
I figured we were running the whole thing to make sure there wasn't any trash left over from the j**pers run the previous weekend. I thought we were camping over Saturday night.

Not to try and change the plans or anything but we could run down Friday and then run the whole trail backwards and be out on Saturday. I could probably go either way.
 
I guess we best be figuring this out then.

My vote is for everyone to head in on Friday and then running the trail backwards and out on Saturday to haul any trash left. That leaves coming in on Friday completely open to whenever you feel like getting down there or even a day or two earlier (Travis). Or peeps can come down early Sat morning and run out with us too. That also leaves a day for any technical issues if they occur on the trail.
 
I'm up for camping Fri and Sat nights both if anyone else is up for that.

Running the trail backwards sounds like a plan.

I'll see if the boss will come along this time. Though I am not sure my revers gears are strong enough to do the whole trail backwards.:hillbilly:

I'd like to join y'all, i am mostly here in Eugene though, so maybe dreaming:frown:
 
Since 3 officers agree let's throw our weight around and make it official. Running McGrew Saturday morning from Sourdough to O'Brien. Most will come in Friday and camp overnight. Some will come earlier and some might come early Saturday morning.
 
Jerod, if by chance I can make it,can I ride with you from yreka. I'm working weekends right now, but I think I'll be back to working during the week by then. As long as there are no fires I might be game.
