Mark at MetalTech is bringing us 200 pint glass for GSMTR this year. Best part they are going to be one of a kind glasses with the 20th GSMTR logo on them. There is also a good chance we will have something for you to put in them at least one night. ;)

Anyone registered for this?
I still need to. I need to fix my 4WD but should wrap that up soon...

Marshall was dolling out Pavilions - do we have enough going to try and get one/bunk up w another club?

I've got two somewhat shelters left. I say some what because one is the wedding chapel thing in front of the pavilion and the other is what I call BFE which is out in the middle of the trails though is a nice shelter it's in the middle of nowhere. That being said if y'all have a canopy you can bring it and set it up where you would like. There is plenty of room for everyone. I think last year I set Jason up right beside the pond which was a sweet spot.

So by my count, it's Jason, Jared, Ramon, and me. Anybody else?

I'm actually out now, as much as I hate to say it. We just have too many expenditures in the next 6 months and diesel out the roof has made us rule it out this year. I hate it!!! We had a blast last year and I would think I might actually not have catastrophic breakage on the first day this time.

:(

Well, I might have jumped the gun.
We received a wedding invitation in AL for the 21st in the mail today (Janet says we are going, no argument)...I'm am still trying to see if I can come for a few days early in the week vs the weekend.

TBD

So....Jason and me.

Come on people. This is GSMTR!!!

I was originally going to try and make it, but on top of new baby stuff, I've got work stuff to make sure is in place for the following week.

I'm down for going.......... if my truck runs on water that week and I can make 200MPH average to get out there on friday night with enough time to have fun

Just wanted to shout out to all the clubs representing this year. We are looking to have over 25 clubs represented at the event and I want to invite you to bring your clubs merchandise to sell Friday and Saturday night while you are there. As well bring any club banners you may have and set it up at your camp or we will find a place to hang them at the main pavilion. This event isn't about UC it's about all the clubs. If you have anything you would like to add to the event or something we can do to make it better for you let me know. We aim to please.

Also if you have any wheeling DVDs bring them. We will have a 16ft tv screen in the pavilion to play them on.

Registered and paid.

My goal is to make it out to this event this year. I wont know if it will be possible until about 2 weeks out though.

Looks like I may be headed your way. No cruiser though.

My wife and I are renting a camper and pulling it up that way to check out Ft. Campbell as it looks like we may be stationed there. That and I want to visit my cousin again who lives in Southern Illinois. It is a bit of a back track but a very small one and we want to head out to GSMTR. Going to finalize the plans tomorrow with the wife and try to register online. We just need a place to park the camper...hopefully one with power for the AC and the prego wife.

So who is going to be there again? I'm losing track. I will be arriving very late night on Wednesday the 18th and then leaving really early on the 20th to go check out Ft. Campbell and then head up to Southern Il.

After that we are headed out to the outer banks and will be camping at Frisco woods the night of the 24th thru the 28th. After that will be in Fayetteville for the weekend and leaving the 31st to head back down here.

I'll finalize plans tomorrow when I can get ahold of Goldent Mt and see where and if I can park. I assume I'm not much different than a truck so there should be a spot even if I can't get a plug in. Might just have to use it as an exucuse to buy a generator :)

Dude that is some serious mileage!
Have fun running everywhere - hope Deidre is doing well!

I've been 'selected' to go to a wedding in Bham weekend of GSMTR, so unfortunately, I'm out.

Bummer about the wedding, but that will be fun as well. Deeds is doing great and I hope the same for your big family.

I am registered and we have a powered spot if anyone needs some juice or oven while there. Hoping for great weather. That and catching a ride out on the trails with someone there. also if anyone wants to stop by obx while we are there it would be nice to see some folks even though you all will have just been there.

Not going to GSMTR?
Planning on registering at the event?
Have no clue what I'm talking about?

It doesn't matter.

For 3 days only you can buy a 2011 GSMTR T-shirt.

Go to the UC webstore and place your order now. Don't wait. We will have limited numbers to sell at the event and we are placing our order this Friday. So if you want one now is the time to get it.

The shirt's imagery will draw from the ad campaign we started at the beginning of the year.
