Work it!

Everyone that's going, Triangle Town Center Sears parking lot @9am. PM me for any additional items.

I'm going to be there with my 2008 FJ and I look forward to meeting you guys. I actually just bought a 1974 FJ40 with a small block chevy 400 and it was delivered yesterday. I got some work to do, but overall its in great shape! I may ask a lot of questions of all you knowledgeable folks! See you there.
Steve

Welcome Steve, be glad to swap some tech info. But, won't be able to help you with the engine, I'll let Del talk to you about that one!

If anyone wants me to print their truck sheet tomorrow, send it to me. If not I'll make one up, and put you've put Jeep gears in your axles as upgrades!

I'm going to try to make it around lunch time too. I've been working on my LX. Time to meet some people. The weather's saying it's time to get off-road.

Yeah, I was just making sure everyone had one! And didn't forget them...

For those posting up late (and coming in later), I can't guarantee a parking spot with us in the group area, but I'll try.

I've got about 5 of the Moroc outback challenge DVD's if anyone from charlotte is going they can pick them up.

Take pics..... back at the office today after a 900 leave time.....hmm 13 hours.

At least I managed to have some fun at the bar last night.

Well????

Pictures, reports?

I didn't take any pics, sorry

They had us in the Leith "back 40" lot, not very visible from Capital. The NCFJCruiser group had 20+ FJC's there. Jason had some "issues" and I was too late for the police escort.

Leith provided some burgers, dogs, chips and drinks. Lots of swag in give aways, Brian won some HIDs for an FJC that he generously gave to me. They generated $750 in the raffle toward American Red Cross if I recall correctly.

I had a good time, talking "shop" with plenty of nice folks. Definitely worth the time and effort...

HID headlights? What brand were they?

I've got a few pics, but doesn't really do it justice. I'll have to resize them tomorrow to post them.

The FJC's showed up in full force and a few mini-trucks and 4runners. Then you add our 40, 62, 80's and 100's to round out the mix. There were some nice pristine FJC's with body armor and no scratches, which juxtaposed my old rusty, scratched, and dented 40!

sorry to let you guys down wth the banners and videos. Personal business called friday. Look forward to the pics
