Don't you mean an almost 17 year old.

Official meeting time is still 11am inside the main gate.

Mary and I are out. Mary says finding a home is what we will be doing this Sunday, which is a scary thought that two of us are looking to find a permanent place to stay.

What kind of zoo has two enterances..

Oh well we will do Africa then

with meeting at 1100 Africa is probably the way to go with the expected temps. NA side is great with the penguins and polar bears but you have to be there early of they are just not going to be active.

Just checked the forecast again and the weather is not looking great. scattered t-storms with 50% chance of rain. We re still panning on going but I'd hate to get caught out in the middle of Africa if a storm hits...especially with our three little ones +1 guest. Anyone heard anything different on the weather?

Had a great time. John sorry we lost u I imagine we were moving a bit slowly with all the kids to keep happy

sorry guys, I chose to take the infiniti and had battery issues.....John Vee tried to help but to no avail. I hope he was able to catch up with you all...

Al,
No worries. We ate some crap (not at the monkey cage) and wandered around. Probably missed ya'll by moments more than once. Lingered a while here and there. Hope we didn't seem rude by not catching up again. We can both get kinda caught up in the surroundings.

Sean/Shawn,
Hope you got your issues solved in short order. Funny the irony in a cobbled together 35yr old vehicle having no issues, yet a masterpiece of modern motoring mechanical marvel decides to be testy. I'm really just happy to be showing 14-volts again with the new alternator. My fan works much better.

PROJECT of the WEEK - see if I have a heater core cut-off valve and install one if not. This was the warmest day I've driven a sizable distance with doors on - right leg is still on fire. Maybe my WARM pull is stuck on. Funny how quickly a drink can warm up between the blower and the console...

I actually got 10mpg on the trip there. Better than expected. I balance that with my '74 Triumph Spitfire that gets about 28mpg around town. But, one is Jap (with some GM love) and one is British - which one starts everyday? Plus there's about a 210HP difference.
