Not that I'm aware of...I think you'd need to figure out how to get around/trick the ECU from ATF ECU feed.
Moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo had a 2UZ-FE with the manual transmission. I'm sure with enough money, parts, and time it would be possible. I'm not sure it would work in a NA 100. I haven't seen Mooooo on here in a while, but if he sees this, maybe he can post some pictures of the ECU and the under side.
