Any tips?

What I can say is: do not use an impact to attempt to help seat the new bushing. The bolt and nut will give way before the bushing seats.

Not particularly. I was able to get it about 60% of the way in with a large c clamp and a piece of wood (to protect the rubber).

I lubed the sway bar too…ended up using some extra nuts bolts and washers to tighten everything up…but that sway bar bushing is still probably only 75% in.

Without removing the sway bar and placing it in a press, I’m not sure how one might replace that part.
