In preparation for my LRA 24gallon subtank install, I'm keen to see where others have mounted the Apexus PG210 switch in their LX570's. I understand that there are a few switch blanks in the LC200 models that serve as a natural location, but I have a 2013 LX570.

So far I've seen the following locations in various threads:
-hole drilled just left of the steering wheel
-hole drilled above mirror adjustment switch

Also Considering:
-hole drilled in the small compartment, near the driver's knee
-Ash-tray in center console
-removal and repurposing of cigarette lighter port in center console

Does anyone have pictures of their innovative PG210 switch locations? I appreciate your ideas and solutions for a 2013 LX570.

Well, if you are willing to sacrifice a 12 volt socket, the switch is nearly a perfect fit. I put an oring on the top and bottom of the switch to snug it in.

You need to remove the centre console, then remove the lighter/aux port, then remove the metal sleeve (which requires depressing internal and external plastic tabs). Once the sleeve is removed, you can remove the plastic cylinder that will hold the switch. An oring near the top of the switch and one near the bottom keep it snug. I also removed the flip up door that says "12v/120W", to avoid accidental button engagement.
