I have tossed around the free interior for a long time, I have had 10+ folks wanting to have the "Free package" Most are to far away and I cant afford the freight or want the liability. Several can only be without if for a minimal amount of time. Other want me to install new carpet as they read my thread. Truth is I am beyond busy with work, health and my personal life. So I cant spend 40 continuous hours tearing one apart and sitting down with everyone to cut this thing apart. I almost bought a wrecked LX interior to do this, but is was thousands..

My buddy has a local friend that has a LX as a second ride and will give it to me for several weeks so I can do each seat one by one. The sides and backs are the same, but the seat faces are different, so it wont be a ground up patterning party.



I do not have a Lexus parts contact for the seat cushions, so if anyone has an online parts house they like, please post them up.

Front seats $620.00 and it will include the head rests, arm rests and vinyl to recover the seat backs. ($125 savings)

Front and middle rows $820 ($175 savings)

Front, middle and 3rd row $1050.00 ($225 savings)

Console cover $40

Hog ring pliers $10

Shipping $50 UPS ground 24x24x12

I will supply ample hog rings, but these use "J" hooks most of the place and much easier to install than the 80 series.

Once the patterning and installation is completed the group buy is closed and pricing will be the same as the Toyota.

Yes this discount includes the folks that have emailed me over the past year wanting to purchase the LX leather. I need 10 to make this work and pay for patterning time, but will leave it open to all that want in until it's done.

Im not in.

I paid more for a Metric TLC Leather kit about 6 months ago for the front and middle rows. It was worth it at the price i paid and its a damn steal at this price.

The leather is a higher quality than factory and updates the interior in a huge way.

I really take care of my seats but my dog also uses the back seat for extended periods of time and the leather is holding up great.

P.S. Installation is a nothing short of a B**CH because the leather fits so well. If a pro quotes you $300 to install...do it. My hands hurt for WEEKS.

Yes, BUT it wont even come close to matching, new against old leather is ugly and sticks out.

You doing it wrong

Yes installing a new seat of leather is no easy task, however it is a lot easier than the 80's. I found that using long zip ties to pull the listings into the cushions and then hog ringing them works like a champ!

He already makes an LC kit, this is to start an LX kit. But, no reason you couldn't buy LX leather for your LC.

I don't believe that interchange, as the cushions are different, therefore the listings are pulled into the cushions in different locations.

I've had several folks wanting to get a steering wheel at the time of leather and others contacting me about them. The problem is I only have 3 of the 100 series cores.

If you want a wheel they are $440 with exchange of yours. If you plan on purchasing one you will need to install it within a few days of receiving it and returning the core to me as fast as possible.

If you want to go this route, budget it as soon as you can and contact me when you want to pull the trigger.
