LX450 and FZJ80 front fenders - Same or not?

I have searched but have not seen the answer or am using the wrong key words.

This is for a deflared 1994 FZJ(now HDJ)80

Has anyone fit a LX450 front fender onto a FZJ80 and is the sheet metal the same?

Difference in flares or mudflaps don't matter as my 80 is deflared and I have the non-flare mudflaps. My fenders have no molding beside where the flares were. Shop would prefer fitment of a used fender over the time to repair the existing (insurance carrier sequencing of covered repairs). Can not find any FZJ80 fenders locally but have a line on a LX450 one.

If I have selected my part numbers correct:

53801-60481 is for a 93/94(no flare, no molding).
53801-60483 is for 95/96/97 and comes with no flare, but says nothing about the molding.
53801-60560 is for a 1996 LX450

Im not positive but i believe that the fender area closest to the door at the bottom 1/3 where the lx moulding attaches is different.

Only difference I know of is the extra holes in the fender for the body cladding.

IIRC, the stamping is the same for all of the '80 fenders. If deflared, the only difference would be the number and location of the holes to be filled.

As Tools relates above, the general fender shape is the same for all variants.

An LX 450 will have the most holes to fill in due to the additional cladding on that model.

Specific variants include:

No flares (US only got those in 91-92 and damn few. Continued in other markets after that).
91-92 with narrow fiberglass flares.
91-92 with narrow fiberglass flares and side mouldings.
93-94 with fiberglass flares. (widened by 10mm over the previous year flare)
93-94 with fiberglass flares and side mouldings.
95-97 with plastic Flares.
95-97 with plastic flares and side mouldings.
96-97 LX 450 with plastic flairs and integrated lower cladding.

In all cases the flare mounting hole locations are specific to the variant.

Thank you all for the information and confirmation the stamping is the same. As it happens, I looked at the fender last night and it is from a later 80 with no molding, not a LX450. So other then a minor ding, that looks like it might simply pop out, this may be the one that is used.
