Sitting here thinking how lucky to have shipped a 2000 LX470 to Hawaii. Only has 80k original miles. It’s the perfect island ride with only a 4 speed auto and a gutless V8. Top speed here on island is 50mph, and that’s considered hauling ass! Most of the time you are driving 25-30mph. This thing is a blast to drive here, specially since there are a lot of beaches to drive onto.

Great looking truck and scenery. Careful, It’s gonna rust fast. May want to get some fluid film on the undercarriage ASAP and applied more than once a year If driving on the beach.

Yes, spray it everywhere on the undercarriage and often. You can buy it buy the spray can but ideally, put it on a rack and have it sprayed with a bulk spray applicator.
