Took all weekend. This was so much work! Still some things to do but the parts are built.

Been working on these all day again. I have everything done finally. Built all the brackets, welded all the studs on and attached the brackets that hold the headlights to the grille. I will put together hardware bags and start boxing these up after work each day this week.
Looking forward to seeing these painted installed. I'm really having trouble picturing how it will look all finished based on the progress pics. The LC conversions look good, so I assume these will as well, just having trouble picturing it in my head.

Everything shipped out today. I will update you all with some install instructions. The headlight brackets that attach to the headlight housings I built will be arriving soon and I will ship those when they get here.

Fabulous. There are some things I need to explain because I don't have install instructions yet. Also, if anything is bent from shipping, just bend it back into shape. This cold rolled steel is very playable.
Already ahead of you, sir! The inner lower corner of the left bucket was a bit wonky. Easily moved back into position.
Probably going to go with the KC 7" gravity DOT LED, since our shop gets great wholesale prices from them.
Was there a confirmation on the smaller 3" - 3.5" fitment, and what type of mounting is required?

There is enough room to drill a hole and mount a light there. Some lights mounting brackets might be set further back but if you can get some that have the brackets located more underneath the light, it should sit on that plate.
If anyone else has suggestions on light choices I would appreciate the input.
