New design is at the laser shop being cut now. I am building the entire front this time, both headlights. Grille is 2 pieces, the top part is bolted to the hood, then the lower part is the same height of the headlight face, and stays down with the headlights. Hoping this breaks up the odd body lines where the headlight housing meets the grille. Also, the valance is gone, its one clean set of parts in between the corner markers. Let’s hope it works. I can’t deal with another year of trying to build this setup. I really shouldn’t have even tried at all. Maybe a month or 6 weeks I can get this on a vehicle.

Thought I would just tack this together really quick to see if i will even work. All my parts fit so nicely, everything aligned perfectly. Top skinny piece that attaches to the hood isn’t in this photo, I haven’t built it yet. I used some scrap parts I had to join the headlights to the grille. They will be adjustable with slotted brackets like I use on the 80.

Please be gentle, as it has been a lot of work. If it looks lame, just lie and say it’s awesome.
