the drivers side is the piece that allows for the seat back to tip forward and lock.

i can get pics of wheels tonight. they are not pretty at all, but could be with some sand blasting and repaint. i think it might have the latch, its the same as the barn door latch??? I will check tonight when i get home and let you know.

cowl vent is the stock slotted one, and I am sure the best way to ship the rims would be by freight on a pallet. Not sure exactly how to go about getting a shipping quote. I would be willing to band them up and take them to nearby trucking company. 52756 is the zip if ya wanna try to find some quotes.

yes i still have the 4 spd housing. Mark I would take $60 for the rims. I can stash them in the shed til this summer when, I assume Rob would be coming down. He will be getting the motor he bought from me then anyway.
