That's the company we did a group buy from.. a while back... do a search and you'll find the thread... I got one but never used it.. I seen pics of others with them installed... they look good for what I recall....

To answer your question yeah we tried them and they seem to be holding up really good...I did not use mine as I want to install a grab handle on the A pillars.....

G'luck...!!

Ah, I remember that. Was happening about the time I came onto the forum if I recall correctly. My stock temp guage just went out and I'm thinking this is the best place to install new guages.....and get more accurate readings than reworking the original.

Thanks!

D'oh, beat me to it. I was interested in getting in on the group buy when it first started, but other things got in the way so I lost track and later forgot about it completely. I'd still like to use one to install a transmission and water temp gauge on my pillar.

just use the universal autometer pod.

It really is not that tough to get to fit well.

Got a P/N for it? I can't seem to find any universal ones online. They're all make/model specific.

How much did you trim, if any?

trimmed about an inch off actually. And I don't have the PN anymore, sorry..

Just go there and take a look, the pillar is not nearly complex enough to warrant a $50 pod..

Oh well, that's how it goes...

I bought one after the group buy... Last Spring.. I think they still have some in stock.

Take a look.

Autometer Clock, VAC, and Temp
