For sale - 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser with 189K miles. I bought in October 2017 from previous owner here in Los Angeles. It was a family vehicle and he towed a small Airstream. Off-road upgrades done by me (and sadly, barely used at all). Asking 13K.

More pics available on the Craigslist posting.
  • Metal Tech sliders
  • Tough Dog adjustable shocks - 41mm front, 45mm rear
  • OME 865 medium rear springs
  • BFG KO2 285/75/R16 (25K miles) tires
  • Weather Tech mats
  • Owned since 2017. Off-roaded on a fire road only once (all my off-roading friends moved away).
  • Alternator, steering rack replaced.
  • 180K service done last month. Happy to provide mechanic's notes. Front and rear brakes at 80%. Right-side outer CV boot torn.
  • Front, middle seats redone with LSeats (2017). Driver's bottom portion redone this month again.
  • Timing belt done at 113K.
  • Hood recently repainted because of peeling clear coat (this darn LA sun). It's not evident from the photos (and I'm happy to provide a close-up) but painter did a pretty poor job. Roof and front bumper repainted a few years back because of peeling clear coat.
  • Left rear bumper dinged (by my kid in a Mini Cooper) and pulled.
  • Interior is in pretty good shape, though steering wheel leather is peeling and worn.
  • Had classic crank-no-start issue (not uncommon with this year). My mechanic soldered a fuse in the EFI fuse holder and it's been starting great since.
