If it doesn't say DOT on it...they aren't sold here (not legally).

ROH , didnt even know they were still around, were originally all produced in Australia, look up Australian or NZ suppliers, most companies will ship from down here

yeah i know they're still around, i was just hoping to skip the pacific shipping leg. need to ship down to panama eventually which is expensive enough.

Any interest in OEM steelies? No idea what shipping would be to Panama....

thanks but no, i'd like to get a little additional width going to take some of the roundness out of the sidewalls.

Lots of none DOT wheels sold here, for off road use only and lots of people running then including me.

Well yes for off road use only, anything is game.

My statement was for highway use wheels which I figured the OP is this thread was looking for.

Fair enough, but that's not what you said.
I think those wheel would be fine on the street

Alright. I will be more clear then..... (Sorry for not being so...)

Anything sold for highway use in the USA must have DOT stamped on it somewhere on it. If you want to say they are fine for highway use here, then that is your prerogative. Honestly I agree with you too based off how they are used in Australia but on the other hand....if I owned a business selling wheels...for legal reasons I would never suggest that.

@PhillipJFrye Sorry for derailing the thread. My initial comment was to suggest that if they don't have DOT on them...they are likely not sold here and probably don't have a USA rep.

no worries! all troopy conversation needs to be hashed out. i'll just keep looking for some kind of option on wheels, either here in panama or from somewhere overseas. the insane shipping cost increase in the past year worldwide sure has made things a bit trickier. no rush on my part, though, gonna wait until my current toyo's gas out to put new rims on.
