I have a 1987 fj60 and i don't have a FSM manual and i am needing some vac piping help. I just installed a rebuilt carb and the three pipes coming out the backside that face the valve cover i have no clue on one of them. Can someone post where those go.

On the side that faces the valve cover there are actually 4 vacuum attachments. This is also where the idle mixture screw is located (covered by a steel cap in stock configuration). Can you look on your old carb and see if there are actually 4 vacuum fittings?

If so, the top left= Fuel cut port- connects to top "spaghetti tube"
bottom left= Advancer port- connects to top middle "spaghetti tube"
middle= HAC slow port- connects to bottom middle "spaghetti tube"
Right= EGR R Port- connects to bottom "spaghetti tube"

Each one of these connects to the 4 vacuum pipes (part of the spaghetti tubes), one right on top of each other, on the radiator side of the carb.

This is about as clear as mud, I realize.

I'll see if I can search and find a picture.

This is a link to a drawing that should help. It's the detail in the upper right corner. There are four vacuum pipes that approach from the front of the carburetor. Connect them top to bottom as shown in the diagram to the corresponding ports on the carb. The detail is shown as if looking over the valve cover at the right side of carburetor.
