Hey guys, I am looking to find a tube adapter (and having no luck on google) to mate a t-case yoke to my existing drivline. I need the adapter to have an ID of
1 1/4” (32mm) X ID 1 13/16” (46mm). Anyone know a place on line I can look up for this odd size or know of a machine shop I can contact?

There isn't a good machine shop within 30/40 miles of me so I might as well pay shipping over the cost of fuel and time it would take me to drive to someplace to have it done.

Won't take much of a lathe to turn that down. Run out to Harbor Freight and grab a little cheap unit. I know a guy that has one of the little ones and it seemed to do the job pretty good.

NO I need the adapter to slide over the smaller section of the yoke and slide over the larger section of the DL. The DL is Schedule 40. I need to cut the DL to see find the ID of the DL.

Right now I need an adapter with two female ends on it hince no OD

In a perfect world, I would have a budget that would allow me to go out and buy all the tools I could ever use, but for this, my budget wouldn't fit a lathe for one use.

give me the id of the tube you are trying to adapt to and i will see what i can do.

all pipe is id dimension . all tube is a od dimension. the jeep dl is 1.25 tubing and the pipe is probably a 1.5 id. so find a piece of 1.5 x 120 wall tubing and you should be in businesses.

Cool. I will let you know. Might be a week or so before i am to that point. Depends on what the wifie has me doing inthe evenings instead of wrenching.
