Bringing this back @tVille80 to ask how the custom made pipe assembly turned out? Were you able to make a bracket or salvage the old bracket (desolder it from the original pipes??). Also did you flare the ends of the pipe ie: using a brake tubing flare tool?

That’s how mine came out, I flared the ends and that stiff hose i out over them kept them from rubbing. I just reattached the hoses and clamps and used a couple heavy duty zip ties to hold it all in place. I haven’t had any issues with it .

Good morning. Mine started leaking because of rust and I am just hoping I didn't damage the transmission by driving with a low oil level. It was slipping on initial acceleration, must have driven 20 miles with low level until I realized what was going on, at which point I stopped at a gas station and filled with ATF that allowed me to get home. In any case, need one of these urgently, this is my daily driver. Anybody has any leads???? HELP!! TIA

Look in the “part out” section in the forum classifieds. Maybe make a wanted ad there.

You could try a two part epoxy like JB Weld or Marine epoxy and slather it over the rusted pipes, should slow down any leaking pinholes until you find a replacement. Clean the pipes off first with acetone. FWIW

Damn. I just noticed a leak from mine on Creampuff. Right at the weld. Looking for one if you have one laying about.
