Looking for a specific cruiser

hey guys i was told to post this up in the forum....

Guys I am looking for a certain "hybrid" 40. I was in Elementary school and Jr High the last time i seen it so it was back a few years ago.

This 40 is what i call a hybrid. I call it that because its hard top was chopped short(front to back) and that made a nice very short pickup style bed in the back and also made it into a 2 seater i believe.

It was the desert tan(beige) color and had larger tires on it: either 33x10.5 or 12.5 or possibly 31x12.5 or 10.5 on crome rims.

It was in "perfect shape to a young kid that was seeing a 40 series Land cruiser for the first time. It could have had a few problems but i didn't notice it.

The truck was located in Southern Missouri until 2002 when it was purchased by a guy in Arizona i believe it was.

I was just wondering if it was anyone here and if it is might you have some pictures. I always wanted to buy it from my teacher who was the owner and make it my first truck but never could afford it. Even if i do find it i wouldn't even try to buy it since i still can't afford it, i would just like to see some pictures.

I can tell you it's likely not anyone in our club. Although, there may be a project rig ferreted away somewhere out of the daylight.
Did you try posting to the other AZ club?

I haven't seen it around town or on the trail. I think I'd remember that.

Hey guys the seller told me it was sold to a guy in arizona. Thats all i know. This rig definatly shouldn't have been a project since it was in great shape, imo.
