I'm trying to do a little organization.

Can anyone share recommendations for soft bags that are good for storage in rear drawer systems?

I have the Landshark Reef drawers, but I suspect the inside dimensions of most seat height drawers are probably close enough for this purpose. I can measure the dimensions if it would be useful.

If you just want to organize tools, I bought these for my rig.

I just have a Ryobi tool carrier that they go in along with my recovery gear (no drawer at this time) but these were surprisingly thick, good quality material. One has screwdrivers, pliers, vice grips, etc, another has a bunch of d-rings, and the third has some random greasy stuff and all have held up through semi-regular use for the last 2 years

Rather than bags, I just bought all the stuff to do these nifty dividers to keep stuff organized. But I can also see how having things in bags, in dividers, could be useful.

I use Craftsman tool bags for my tools (ratchets/sockets in one, wrenches in another, everything else in another). You can get them at Lowes or online. I also use one of these bags for jumper cables and recovery gear.

Everything else is large enough that I am able to organize stuff fairly well without bags.

In general, I feel that bags or organizers will reduce the usable space and only use them for the small stuff.

@cruzerDave (landshark outfitters) sells them or at least he did I have some and they're very good.

Yeah I use these too for the small stuff, and a cheap tool roll or the rest of the tools. A small canvas bag that I got from Cruise Moab a few years ago holds recovery gear - purposely put all recovery gear in a single bag so that if I had to help recover someone else, I could grab the whole thing and head over, or hand it to them and crack a beer and film :p But tools and recovery is about all I carry full time - the rest is all packed modular/grab-and-go depending on who/what the trip entails.

I just ordered this tool kit last week from Blue Ridge Overland Gear, as well as their recovery bag and other items (an ARB tire repair kit I could have purchased on Amazon).

Support the small American businesses (if you can) as they might not be around in a few months.

Thank you for all of the helpful suggestions!

I have the Duluth Trading Co Trunk Commander and have used it for just over a year. Its the most durable bag Ive used to date. You can secure it down if needed. Very roomy

Thanks for the mention, still loving mine myself and truly sorry haven't been able to revive yet- on the wishlist though, just lower than a lot of other items right now. Once I get Reef production smoothed out and my helpers back they will be back on the site, as well as another canvas item under testing y'aint ever seen...

Thanks all.

Lots of awesome options. I'm not set on a final solution, so I went for some inexpensive CLC bags from Amazon to start with. I aspire to the nicer ones you posted above someday, but for now these will do.

For medium size stuff (like spare first aid gear, tow straps, grab and go survival gear):
Amazon product ASIN B0000DD5H8
For smaller stuff (like inflation tips):
Amazon product ASIN B0002YVBC0
And this one for all of my towing junk:

have been using this now for a couple weeks. like It better than a tool roll or toolbag. Each pocket for a tool type, not too big and not too heavy to take the whole thing under the car. Getting another to put my less frequently used tools in instead of the canvas zippered bags they are in now.
