@fourtrax do you happen to know if the door control module also allows access via a remote fob too? I was upgrading my speakers and found mine but would like to program a new remote for locking / unlocking the doors if it’s capable.

No, the door module is just circuits in the door. Fob's would be controlled by the remote/security system that is an add on to the 80. A lot of the 80s seem to have an rs6000 model remote, look under the drivers seat or steering wheel for the remote start/alarm that controls you door locks. you can add additional fob. Search online for instructions
