when i was working as a technician at another toyota dealership i was fortunate enough to install the first set of OME lift springs for a 70 series ever sold in the states. It is a 1986 right hand drive japanese model with 18000 miles on it...

enjoy!!!

I hate to dissapoint you, but there's been a LOT of OME kits for 70 series sold in the states, some of them as early as 8 years ago (Koffer?).

just repeating what i was told by the guy that purchased them. he very well may have been misleaded. that lift was done approx.three years ago.

I was just trying to show you a cool picture, i drive the far superior 80 series and in my opinion thats the only way to go.

I thinks it's a cool pic, nice cruiser. The 80's are nice as well, different platforms for different uses.

Regards,

i appreciate the friendly comment, i think its a pretty cool cruiser. thanks.

Would be great if it were easier to get them into the US, maybe one dy - but I doubt it. I just bought my OME suspension and safari snorkel, will install before xmas if possible.
