lockers and atrac on a 2000 land cruiser

is it wise to put rear lockers on a 2000. will the atrac not allow the lockers to work properly?
my take is atrac activate on the spinning wheel. if both wheel spin at the same speed while locked, atrac will not activate in the rear.

ATRAC will not affect the the locker. Locked is locked.
You are correct that ATRAC will not engage on a locked axle, but in that case there is no reason for ATRAC to activate.

ATRAC analyses and is applied to each wheel, so you will still have full ATRAC on the front axle when the rear is locked.

ATRAC is always on, but it is more aggressive in low range than in high range.
