I kinda prefer a guy who works at home if he comes with a high reputation. He not only has lower expenses, but has a lot more to lose if you are not satisfied. I did that for many years, so I know.
If that doesn't work out, try Lee Weatherby's Automotive. He is on Robson (I think) just south of Broadway. One or two streets east of the Country Club railway underpass in Mesa where the auto shops are located.
When I sold clutches to his shop, he rarely ever ordered one for anything other than a Toyo, Honda, or Nissan. That is his thing. When he asked for a clutch for anything else, he needed extra tech support. He is also an expert in rebuilding Nippondenso AC compressors. He built all of mine for personal and shop use for several years. I still have a couple of his compressors in use in my own cars.
