Along the lines of my last question about protection...I'm working on another project and just did a pretty extensive refresh of pretty much everything...the trans casing, rear diff etc are still kinda bleh looking...killing the vibe. The one place in the area that I know does dry-ice said the amount of work is too small for the ice ordered to run the machine...any other suggestions on who does that type of work around here? Doesn't have to be dry-ice if there's another method...just want the 21 year old components revived as much as possible.

Damnnnn KWs! That must ride so nice whatever it is

I'm a German sled guy at heart who just happens to know a Toyota is required if you like this kinda s***...

Most balls to wall project I've ever done though and got mega carried away with the parts order, but the car is fully weaponized. I've had 911, RS3, etc...this is the best handling car I've ever owned. Anyway...if anyone knows someone who likes to restore...shoot them my way.

I got love for the MKIVs. My first car i bought after college was a 337 Edition. Wish i still had it.

Always loved the R32 in MKIV form! Some of my German toys of days past...

Early MKIV w/400 whp 2.0 16v, late MK1 GTI w/Callaway conversion, late MK2 16v 2.0, Z3 fun, 03 RS6 w/600 hp & 6 speed conversion...

Love it!!!

I learned how to drive manual on a 2.slow mkiv Jetta, so I'm clearly chasing some nostalgia here. I bought this in August and have been sorting it since. @CrabCake mega cool cars - love the RS6. I'm looking for an avant of sorts to add to fleet and then I'm set.

Seeking recommendations for a NoVa engraver to do Type III hard Anodized aluminum. Non-laser. Thanks

Does anyone have suggestions on where to go to have my Dobinsons IMS shocks recharged with Nitrogen? I missed the memo that it’s an annual maintenance item and my 100 rides like garbage.
Ive had no luck finding a shop with the appropriate lossless chuck for the flat style valves on them.

I’d prefer not to take the shocks out to ship them to Dobinsons for the refill, as I’m frustrated enough that I’d throw them away and buy another brand.

I've charged Bilsteins and Fox shocks at the shop. Not sure if Dobinsons use a different valve though.

Mind sharing the memo or its source? I've had the IMS shocks on my 80 for a few years but not many miles and they ride fine.

Does anyone know a source to get QUALITY Toyota body parts specifically 96 2003 Toyota Tacoma rear bumpers?
I installed this bumper six weeks ago and it is already rusting

That shows fitment for 1G Tundra.

Have you tried to polish that rust off? I cleaned up my 60s bumper that had a little of that going on. Used Flitz.

Anyone have good recommendations for exhaust work? Its time to replace my exhaust. I'm sure it's been posted at some point but couldn't find anything recent.

NOVA speed shop...hard to say if they're a speed shop that specializes in LC products, or other way around...regardless they do a ton of custom fab and will crush whatever you ask.

Or you can buy the pieces and have any standard shop install, that's how I replaced the while system....CATs from a shop off eBay...way cheaper. But rest of pipes I got from toyota
