Local Cruiserheads in So. Cali area?

Hey guys! First, sorry if this should not have been posted in this section. I was not sure if it goes here or chat.

Anyhow, I was wondering if there were any local guys in So. Cali. that would be doing a birf repack job anytime soon? I need to do mines and was going to take to stealership but cost is too damm much. $1200 for front and rear just in labor!!! So was hoping to maybe find some local guys who have done repack or would mind helping this novice. I just started to switch over to DIY since this site so not very mechanically incline. Also, I just moved out of parents house this year and don't have all the tools need to do the job.

Is there anyone that could help me out? I would be more than glad to pick up a few and whatever else to get the job done. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

So Cal is a big ugly place, can you be a bit more geographically specific. There are quite a bit of folks that would likely help - if it's not 60 miles on the 91! At any rate, hopefully someone will assist. At the very least I could loan you the "specialty" tools if you're relatively close. PM me if you get things lined up but need that much.

Sorry about not being more specific. I actually live in the Pasadena/Alhambra area. I appreciate your response and offer to lend tools. I have been PMing fj55 and will most likely get help w/ him and biff. Again, thank you!
