Loaner Steering Wheel (2017)

I used craft customs, kept my steering wheel heat, and considered the price reasonable.

My wheel is currently at craft customs. They quoted 3-4 weeks for replacement. I’ll let you know when it’s back and swapped out. @Exiled said he also had one

Got the wheel back and installed. They did a great job and leather is clearly high quality. Heating still works great. However there is a small difference in height with the wood on the wheel. In retrospect I agree with @banieldowen I probably would've just spent the extra money to get a new OEM wheel. Between shipping costs of the loaner and then shipping to craft customs I spent ~$500 (was $600+ to wrap wood). Depending on where you purchase looks like you can get a new OEM wheel for ~$720

In any case the loaner is ready for the next in line. @sdunham89

I had them cover the wood in leather, which I prefer, and I like the thicker diameter. Preferences vary.
