lift questions

OK Im a full newby to my 62 and i have a couple of lift questions. I just want a small lift about 2". I have read threads about lifts but nothing pops up that give a list(that i could find) of what parts i would need to do the lift. So my questions are: 1) What will I need in order to execute a 2" lift(shackles, leafs etc)?
2) What kind of cost range are we looking at(cheap to expensive)?
3) What different kinds of lift manufacturers are you all using?

Sorry for so many dumb questions. I am learning the new rig just like i learned about my 80, by asking questions.

Old Man Emu is the preferred lift for 2-3", with new springs. You're looking at about $1400 plus shipping. Another brand to look at for new springs is Cool Cruisers of Texas (CCOT). Here's a link to the "Dakkar" OME springs:

I went with the 1" extreme shackles from these guys cuz I'm cheap. Shipping springs to Alaska is about $600.
