Looks really nice. Good job!

Ride

The ride is amazing. It doesn't wobble or bounce over bumps like it used to. It also eliminated the nasty vibration I was getting during braking.

Is that the 2.5" lift and also, are those Metal Tech sliders? Looks great!

What's the cost for the lift?

Im looking at doing the same thing to my Turbo Diesel 81 but am not sure if my heavy motor would warrent different springs to sit level. Have you ran your suspension to max travel yet? any rub? also do you tow? big problem with mind towing a 19 foot north river is im sitting on the bump stops all the time.

By the way, is that the 3" kit?

Doesn't look like the metaltech sliders, the tube goes further forward/back on the Metaltech sliders from their website pics.

where did you get the black plastic pieces that give a finished look to where the running board was?

Very nice!

The black pieces are stock. I trimmed them down myself. I basically ran a 1 1/2" piece of masking tape around the piece and carefully cut them with a razor blade. Previously they went all the way down to the stock running boards. The lift is a Man-A-Fre 3" lift in the front and a 2" in the back. They are the medium spring rate. The stance is great and I feel that the Man-A-Fre drop brackets are a great way to fix the caster.
