Well I don't want to bug you guys to much.
I know you are sick of the OME subject,
But I have a diesel so its a little different.
Just want to be sure before I drop the cash.
Front:
1HD-T diesel. 2 optima batteries, ARB and M8000 warn winch (roller fairlead)
Rear:
rear ladder, rear tire carrier, full size spare. 100lbs of gear. roof rack.
Future plans,
sliders and rear drawer. adding a rear drawer will mean more gear again.
Anyways, I already know I want a OME heavy lift.
Thinking 863 in the back.
So I am wondering about the front.
Is the 850 to light for all my wieght?
Should I go 850J? I heard the J was mean for diesels.
I want the back to sit 3/4 of an inch higher. So when I get everything in, there will be a slight 1/2 to 5/8 rake. I do load up the back on occasion. gear and people. And tow once or twice a year.
So thinking
850J and 863.
This sound right?
Or should I got 863J's in the back?
Or 850/863 with spacers.
Someone please help, I think my diesel is throwing things off.
Can't find any good threads with diesels.
No one in the international/diesel section can help me.
Just don't want the front or back to be to high.
I am not a rock cralwer. I do more expedition wheeling,
Many many thanks,
Nick
BTW: I am think about signing up for ROTW.
Would like to share my diesel 80 with you.
