Dear all! Greetings to everyone, I'm writing because I'm really struggling with a problem with my LX. One morning, when I left, the right rear seat was low, and when I selected the option to raise or lower the suspension, it didn't do anything and was stiff. After moving it up or down several times, the left rear seat also remained low. Now, the suspension doesn't move at all and is down and dead, no longer working. When I move the selector, the screen flashes the "raise" or "lower" button, but it doesn't work. Using a scanner, it still doesn't move. I had the following codes: C1791 AVS Switch Circuit, C1792 Height Control Switch Circuit, C1794 Height Control Off Switch Circuit, C1795 Access Mode Switch Circuit.

However, after checking the operation and data with the scanner, everything appears to be working. I replaced the height sensor with an original one because the old one didn't show any values when raising and lowering with a jack, but it still doesn't work. The fuses and relays are all OK.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What year is ur lx. How many miles in your lx. Have your checked your ahc fluid level. Have you serviced your ahc fluid?

Is a 2009 LX it has 96.000 miles, yes the fluid level is OK. No is the factory fluid, The strange thing is that everything was fine the day before. The next day it was the same, but when I left, the rear end fell and wouldn't lift anymore.

Just a suggestion, disconnect the battery and give it 10 minutes then reconnect. Then try and raise the suspension. Good Luck

I would say, check your switches in the console. Did you spill a Dr. Pepper in it? Wouldn't be the first time. The computer is clearly telling you that it doesn't see the switch unit. Did you do work on your console and forget to plug it back in? If there are no other errors, i'd get the switch issue resolved first.

The system locked out so you don’t burn up the pump. At this point I’d check fluid level, and ACTUALLY LOOK INSIDE the reservoir — the plastic reservoir is going to be stained pink which can make you think it has fluid when it actually has none at all …… I know this empirically.
When the suspension is all the way low, the reservoir should be mostly full.

Once you verify you have fluid in it you need to clear those DTCs. After you clear the codes the pump will be allowed to work again. After clearing the code start up the vehicle with all the doors closed, set height control to “N” neutral, and listen for the pump noise. It’s a high-pitched whine from the passenger rear.

Report back with what you find out
