I have been thinking about putting together a new set of tools for the cruiser that will fit nicely into the new drawers... what do you guys keep your tools in? Right now I have one of those chincy plasique fold out deals, its really awkward in the drawers, not convenient to get to, and takes up far too much space for the number of tools it actual contains since they are all shadowed in.

box is in the left drawer, underneath everything... getting to the tools is a bummer.

Drawers look great! Nice craftsmanship. Currently have mine in two flat aluminum tool boxes, sold to mount onto the front and rear of a quad. They fit nicely in the back. Not that great when stuff is on top of them, but better than nothing.
What if you fabbed up dual drawers, two more shallow drawers on top of one another that would still fit in your cabinet. Or maybe a hinged tray that fits inside one of your drawers.
What is that slick looking aluminum mechanism in your hitch?

Thank you sir! lots of work went into them. Im thinking I could try and find a box that fits in width wise, and make a track like retention system so it has a home where it wont move around too much.

The aluminum mechanism is this sweet hitch mount bike rack I just got. OneUpUSA bike racks, no plastique :)

Con-Ferr metal locking tool box behind the seats. Holds everything I need including an air impact gun.

Pretty cool. is it a 40 specific thing? My quick google search didnt bring up much info about "con-fer" tool boxes. looks slick though!

Yes, that particular box was made just for 40's, but they made lots of stuff for other rigs too.

Like Hack said though, they are out of business now. :(
