Yes, for 2010 you can just pry the door mouldings off. No fasteners are present, just double-sided VHB tape. I used goo gone and 409 to clean off the residue. Polish would be good, but I didn't bother as my paint is crap anyway.

My 2021 moldings bug me. Too chunky chrome on silver. The holes for the mounting pins don’t line up in a straight line either. Would love to see a vinyl wrap or logo/sticker thing that could cover them up nicely, without the holes showing thru. A paint match might help a bit.

Before I totaled my Heritage I joked I was a fool for paying “more for less” (other than the wheels). But I do find myself having really appreciated the lack of moulding look, no cool box extra room, black headliner & contrast stitching, and I think the rear springs on my base sag way more with my load on them (although I never confirmed they were different) Fixing that in a few days with BP51.

All that said, that’s my obsessing. Love my Land Cruiser!
