I replaced my domes, doors and map from superbrightleds. Very fast shipping. I am very happy with the lights. Super easy and inexpensive change. Has to be one of the easiest and cheapest mods available.
After reading here about superbrightleds.com i decided to order domes and dash bulbs,... that was 3+ weeks ago even though i paid for express shipping. Not impressed. I have got nothing but lame excuses, they keep telling me to wait another week, they should arrive. They have constantly avoided the subject of me paying extra for express shipping.

I purchased one of these for my dome light and LOVE them!! They are really "stupid" bright and they install very easily.
I just purchased another 2 for my rear dome light and my wifes chariot. Cannot be happier. I am tempted to put these in my door lights as they will light up the night like nobody's business when the door is open.
Just recieved my order from SBL last night, ended up being a post office screw up. I re-neg my prevous rant about them, specially after the lights started to go in. They are very nice, good quality for the money i think so far.

My lights are brighter but I need even more light at times from my map light. I will be ordering this 12 led array that will plug into a BA9 base. Universal PCB LED Lamp Specifications. The diameter of the array is 1.3x.80x.24 so it fits easily within the Map light space.
It will work with the domes as well with the 30mm festoon type base but I really dont need the extra light from the dome lights.

MURF, do you have part numbers for these? I am interested in getting a set for myself?

FYI, I didnt end up going the LED brake/Turn route. The superbrightled site has several several variations of bulbs available. Do yourself a favor, check you bulb base type before ordering
How tight of a fit are these 12 SMD's? I'm thinking after quick measurements I should be able to get the 24 SMD's in there for the rest of the domes and put out a bit more light. I'm going to order the 12 for the map light becuase I don't need to be blinded but could use it in the rear to dig around in all that gear.

I'm assuming youre talking about the dome lights ~ For the stubby 1.2 inch long dome lights, I went ahead and ordered the 3002-w9 (white) with the nine 3mm led bulbs 3022 Festoon Bulbs Specifications for increased light at a reasonable cost of $4.95 ea.
Don't waste your time or money on those. They are worthless and puts out minimum amount of light. I have George's LED and these in my other car 3022-xHP2-DI High Power LED Festoon Bulb Specifications

Thats what im running now but i cant find specs on those to compare the lumens. Also looks like they are DD

Wow it is bright!! the 12 led light really made a significant difference and it not only much brighter but the light is evenly spread the full front cabin from door to door. Stongly recommend it.
You are right, the original led dome bulb I had puts out more light. Plan B is to go ahead and use them in the wifes Toyota so they dont go to waste.
