Leaf Spring Center Pin Torque?

Just replaced the center pins in my front springs to fit shims and cannot find any info on how tight the new pin needs to be?

I'm sure it's here somewhere but my search has not gone well

Shock Absorbers and Springs
Spring Center Bolt 36 f/lb
Front Spring Bracket Pin Bolt 9 f/lb
U Bolt Mounting Nuts 90 f/lb
Rear Shock x Frame 47 f/lb
Shock x Spring Seat 27 f/lb
Spring Bracket Pin Nut 67 f/lb

tight as you can get it then take a 5lbs hammer and beat the crap out of it till its peened over .
