Yeah, I'll try to get some pictures and measurements tomorrow. The holes on the plate seem to match up with the frame as far as distance apart - but the mount itself seems like it may be mounted a bit off on the sliders tube itself.

Cody, can you please post pics of the problem so that the problem will be corrected for our next shipment? Thanks!

The holes for the center tube that attached to the side of the frame on the passenger side are 1/4" too forward on the vehicle when installed.

A simple move of that center attaching plate back 1/4" (towards the rear of the slider) would correct that alignment problem. (or drilling the holes 1/4" over)

As far as height goes, they are pretty centered, just 1/4" too far forward.

Thanks Cody for the info.

Jim, can you please confirm you understand this and this will be corrected?

Jim, the email thing is not working well, and you believed you replied to all the emails. Well, not quite, here is one of them. This was a painted sliders order and they came unpainted, I requested a refund and I didn't hear anything back from you. I thought I would put this out here since I haven't figured out how to get you to call me back.

I just emailed you chibo's Paypal address, please refund him via Paypal.

Thanks in advance for you corporation.

Threw them on...

Question, how does this work: In the middle (drivers side) I had to slide the plate between the frame rail and the brake lines but I doubt I can fit the nut and plate through the lines and everything.

Passenger side, how am I supposed to secure the center rigger?

 I sort of want to clean the metal and spray them with clear.

Has anyone here ever heard of a guy named Charlie Wenzel?

Yep, and I don't see this as quite the same, although it deffinately has the potential to be that.

Jackson,

I must commend you for your patience with this deal. I might have actually slit my wrists by this point. I would venture to guess that Jim's "working" on the sliders for the group buy as he has time. He's said that there's been personal and financial issues that have gotten in the way of this deal. I believe whole heartedly that he's likely freaking out right now trying to figure out how to get this done so that he can move on. Would I be happy with this situation had I been in on the deal? Hell no, but I only ask that those of you who are still waiting please continue to show yourselves to be the OVERLY-Patient gentlemen you have already proven to be. A campaign similar to what happened with Charlie Wenzel will solve nothing.

I agree with BMAN. I don't think Jim is going to screw us, the only thing I have to base that on, is a couple of PM's back and forth over the last week. He has said that the 60/62 series sliders are a couple of weeks out. How many of them there are other then my set I do not know. Will they ship in that time frame? I don't know. I can only hope.

I think the real reason at the heart of this matter, on our part, is the frustration of not knowing what is going on with our orders; be it day to day, or week to week. I know my better half is none too pleased with the money I put out and nothing to show for it. Also, the lack of communication from Jim as to when things are going to ship doesn't help matters. Add to that the occasional random post from outsiders as to our impatience in this matter, and that just fans the flames for me. I will say here again, I don't think we are asking much by just wanting a time frame. Be it 1 month, 3 months, or another 8 months, just let us know when we might expect what our hard earned money was spent on. I know many have posted for us to back off, he has family issues, and that family comes first. Well what about my family? What about my money? I certainly don't have a silver spoon up my a$$. I get up every morning and go to work just like everybody else, and I deal with what crap life throws at me every damn day, and if I'm lucky enough to make it home and lay my head down in my own bed of a night when it's over...Then it really wasn't that bad of a day for me. I think the sole thing that pisses me off the most is post after post that says... "family first dogg".:flipoff2: There is no consideration for my family, or any of ours for that matter. If there was, then communication lines would be open.

As for the money, our balances were paid during the holidays, and it strapped me for cash. I could have easily used that money for other things then. I still could use that money for other things, right now! (XFER case rebuild kit) We were told our orders were ready to ship, we paid our balances, and.......... nothing.

Patience is all we have, and all we have given to this point is just that, patience. BMAN I'm glad to see that you have recognized that, and I hope you feel we have represented CSC properly in this matter, and that we have reserved the mudslinging for off-road. Now, my tecate 18 pack has been patiently awaiting me since I walked in the door. I'm going to go open my lines of communication with it, a lime, and the salt. OOPs, and Jami as well.

I am only saddened in knowing that Jim is not closer to Prescott Valley as I would gladly lug my equipment over to help get stuff done.

Welding with the new Miller 252 is becoming way too fun.

On that note...I have to finish the battle armor for my girlfriend's cat.

The battle armor... um, why does your GF's cat need battle armor?

I think I have to.

Would that be... pussy protection?
