Great! Thanks for the information!
PS....my service invoice pretty much said the same thing as the one posted earlier in this thread. I showed it to them and wondered if they just duplicated what was said on that invoice. I DO plan on stopping by the dealership to speak with the Service Mgr...to find out what exactly they did.

My dealership had my car for 2.5 days. During the 2.5 days , the service mgr said they made adjustments to several "things" close to the firewall. The noise improved, but they could still hear it. Finally called and said they think they got it. When I picked the vehicle up, he wasn't there for me to speak to. My service invoice said they adjusted the heater hose mount near firewall. I haven't heard the sound since picking it up almost 2 weeks ago. Also got the TSB for break squeal done at the same time.
2 weeks without that chattering noise is pretty good - likely a fix assuming you’ve been driving consistently during that stretch.

I have good days where i don’t notice much and others where the noise is concerning. Still need to put a few more miles on the odometer before I take car in for first service, but this will be top of the list. Thanks - if they ever divulge exactly how the stooped the noise, please post it as I’ll bet this affects a minority of vehicles.

Haven't heard it since, no brake squeal as well.

Hello, when you say coolant hose, is this the one you mean? Sorry, I am just wanting to know. I’ve taken it to the dealership twice and they can’t seem to replicate the sound but as soon as I drive off there goes the sound again ): so i’m gonna try to mess with it myself

I don’t have this noise but yesterday I was installing new UCAs and on the passenger side when the rear inner fender liner is off you can see and reach the hoses in the above pic pretty easily from below.
It’s pretty easy to make one of the hose clamps on those hoses tap the firewall. I put some dense foam between the metal bracket and the firewall and now can’t make it hit. A section of old radiator hose would be perfect to wrap around that double heater hose and take care of the problem if this is the source.
I took some videos, but don't seem to be able to post those directly. If my description doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll get pics or figure out the videos.
